The Application form with the candidate details (including a financial commitment signed by the competent authority) should be sent to the SatCen at least 8 weeks prior to the course starting date.
Confirmation of acceptance (with a Registration form) will be issued 7 weeks before the course starts. No information of acceptance will be issued before these dates.
Accepted candidates who do not cancel their applications at least 4 weeks before the starting date will be charged the full course fees. As well accepted candidates must register to the course with the provided form at least 4 weeks before the course to start in order to fulfil all required administrative issues.
Please note that in case of force majeure/overruling operational needs the SatCen retains the possibility to cancel, without previous notice and without any financial implication, any of the activities included in the Training Programme above.

Applicants are requested to use the Course Application Form to be filled in all its fields.
Please be aware that the application form need to be signed by the appropriate authorities with an official stamp.
