FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY OF COMPUTER WORKSTATIONS

INVITATION TO TENDER SATCEN OP/03/19

The European Union Satellite Centre (SatCen) plans to award a single framework contract for the on-demand supply of build-to-order computer workstations (towers and mini towers).

The SatCen plans to purchase, through order forms, workstation units falling into 4 different configurations, as follows:

1. Workstations with a 512GB-SATA SSD (without graphic card).

2. Workstations with a 256GB-SATA SSD, a 1TB SSD and a graphic card.

3. Workstations with a 512GB-SATA SSD and a graphic card.

4. Workstations with a 256GB-SATA SSD, a 512GB SSD for data and a graphic card.

The configurations of the workstations, and parts and components thereof, as well as the estimated number of units that the SatCen expects to purchase are further described in the procurement documents.

The framework contract will cover the assembly and delivery of the workstations.

Installation, software licensing and maintenance of the workstations fall outside the scope of the framework contract.

The estimated total value of the framework contract is 350 000.00 EUR, excluding VAT, during the whole period of validity of the framework contract, including possible renewals.

The initial term of the framework contract is 12 months. The framework contract may be renewed automatically up to 2 additional periods of 12 months each. The overall duration of the framework contract may in no event exceed 3 years.

The European Union Satellite Centre (SatCen) plans to conclude two insurance contracts with (an) experienced insurance company(ies) or insurance intermediary(ies) -broker-(es)- on behalf of its personnel, retirees, their dependents and other categories of beneficiaries, for two Lots covering the following insurance services:

Lot 1: medical care, temporary incapacity / permanent disability and death; and

Lot 2: assistance services during missions.

FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF TRAVEL AGENCY SERVICES

INVITATION TO TENDER SATCEN OP/01/19

CONTRACT NOTICE 2019/S 110-267144

 

The European Union Satellite Centre (SatCen) plans to award a single framework contract for the provision of travel agency services relating to the business trips of its staff members.

The contractor is expected to provide travel agency services every working day of SatCen, from 8:00 to 19:00 h. The required services include:

(i) booking, ticketing, amendments and cancellations of transportation arrangements (flights, train, bus, ferry tickets, car rentals, etc.) in Spain, Europe and worldwide;

(ii) hotline services outside SatCen's working days and working hours;

(iii) notification of any travel-related alerts;

(iv) statistics on the services requested.

The services will be performed at the contractor's own premises.
