CONTRACT NOTICE 2019/S 110-267144


The European Union Satellite Centre (SatCen) plans to award a single framework contract for the provision of travel agency services relating to the business trips of its staff members.

The contractor is expected to provide travel agency services every working day of SatCen, from 8:00 to 19:00 h. The required services include:

(i) booking, ticketing, amendments and cancellations of transportation arrangements (flights, train, bus, ferry tickets, car rentals, etc.) in Spain, Europe and worldwide;

(ii) hotline services outside SatCen's working days and working hours;

(iii) notification of any travel-related alerts;

(iv) statistics on the services requested.

The services will be performed at the contractor's own premises.

Requests received less than six (6) working days before the closing date for submission of tenders will not be processed.

SatCen may, on its own initiative, inform interested parties of any error, inaccuracy, omission or any other clerical error in the text of the procurement documents. This information will be published on the SatCen Website:

The website will be updated regularly and it is the responsibility of potential tenderers to check for updates and modifications during the tendering period.

After the dispatch of tenders:

The Contracting Authority may contact the tenderer if any clarification is required or if obvious clerical error(s) in the tender need(s) to be corrected.
