The European Union Satellite Centre (SatCen) needs to procure front-end software development services to maintain and enhance a service in support of operations. The activities will involve TypeScript development using the Angular 13 framework. The developer(s) will be working in close collaboration with SatCen staff. The developer(s) will normally work remotely, however, they may be required to work on-premises at SatCen for up to two distinct periods of 5 working days to undertake specific activities. The team should, at least, be composed of: One senior developer. Additional developers with specialist, relevant skills that complement the skills of the primary developer would be advantageous but not obligatory. The total maximum estimated value of the contract amounts to €60,000.00, without VAT. The services shall be provided during a period of 6 months. Contract signature is expected in August or beginning of September, and services to commence at the beginning of September 2022. II. Description of the procurement procedure This ex-ante publicity is the first stage of a negotiated procurement procedure (with consultation of at least 3 candidates) through which SatCen may award the contract for the services described above. The purpose of this notice is to support SatCen in the selection of candidates to be invited to submit an offer.
