I. Description of the contract The European Union Satellite Centre (“SatCen”) is planning to award a contract for the acquisition of a new FME Server Edition license, with two engines, and for the renewal of the maintenance support services of the existing FME licenses (until 31 December 2023): • New FME Server Edition – two Engines (including a one-year maintenance support) • AMC FME Professional Edition - Incremental (R8C4-DRKH-17EB) • AMC FME Professional Edition - Floating (R8C4-DRKH-17EB) • AMC FME ESRI Edition – Floating (FNRB-74RU-199S) • AMC FME Server Edition- 1st Engine - (C8FC-H36Y-192D) • AMC - FME Server Edition - Additional Engine (C8FC-H36Y-192D) -under warranty until 30/06/23-. The current maintenance service finishes on 31 December 2022, except for the engine with the reference number C8FC-H36Y-192D that finishes on 30 June 2023. The maintenance service shall be provided during one year. The total maximum value of the contract amounts to € 25,000.00, without VAT. II. Description of the procurement procedure This ex-ante publicity is the first stage of a negotiated procurement procedure (with consultation of at least 3 candidates) through which the SatCen may award the contract for the services described above. The purpose of this notice is to support the SatCen in the selection of candidates to be invited to submit an offer. Economic operators interested in participating in this procedure may send their declarations of interest, along with their names, address and business details, before 14/12/2022, through our procurement portal. The SatCen will assess this information in order to select suitable candidates invited to participate. This publication has an indicative value and constitutes no obligation to award a contract for the SatCen. Selected tenderers, invited by the contracting authority to participate in the procedure, will be sent the tender documentation.
