The SatCen regularly organises negotiated procurement procedures for the acquisition of supplies, works and services, in accordance with public procurement rules.

Negotiated procurement procedures with a value below the thresholds indicated in Article 4.4.1 of the SatCen Procurement Manual are regularly advertised in the table below. Economic operators are therefore invited to periodically check this page and, if interested in participating in one of the procedures, should complete the form below.

I. Description of the contract The European Union Satellite Centre (“SatCen”) seeks to award a contract for the provision of maintenance services for CISCO Firepower 4140 and modules, with a coverage of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (8x5 NBD) plus on-site support from Monday to Friday, working hours. The term of the contract shall be one (1) year from its signature, renewable once for an additional one (1)-year period. The maximum budget for this contract is 60,000.00€, excluding VAT, covering all services and for the whole period of validity of the contract, including its renewal. Contract signature is expected for late February 2022. II. Description of the procurement procedure This ex-ante publicity is the first stage of a negotiated procurement procedure (with consultation of at least 3 candidates) through which the SatCen may award the above-mentioned contract. The purpose of this notice is to support the SatCen in the selection of candidates to be invited to submit an offer. Economic operators interested in participating in this procedure may send their declarations of interest, indicating the lot(s) that they are interested in, along with their names, address and business details, before 27/01/2022, through our procurement portal: https://www.satcen.europa.eu/Procurement/low-and-middle-value-contracts. In their declarations of interest (300 words maximum), economic operators should demonstrate their ability to fulfil the contract and provide details of their experience in the field of the contract. I. Description of the contract The European Union Satellite Centre (“SatCen”) seeks to award a framework contract to a single economic operator for the supply, assembly and installation of office furniture, for the furnishing of SatCen headquarters’ extended building at the Torrejón de Ardoz airbase (Madrid, Spain). The required furniture items are as described below: • 48 workstations (tables, chairs and drawers). • 5 meeting tables (4 round tables for 4 people and 1 rectangular table for 12 people) • 196 stackable chairs. All the furniture items must be of the same brand/manufacturer and maintain a unified aesthetic and style. The maximum value of the framework contract is €128,000.00, excluding VAT. The maximum duration of the framework contract is 12 months, automatically renewable up to two times for periods of 12 months each. The overall duration of the framework contract may in no event exceed 3 years. The framework contract will be implemented through purchase orders that will be placed by the SatCen when needed during the term of the contract. The contractor must be an official partner/distributor of the original furniture manufacturer and must guarantee: • delivery of the furniture at the SatCen premises in 8 weeks or less from request. • after-sales maintenance service throughout the life cycle of the furniture. The contractor must have personnel available to attend the SatCen facilities for the repair, adjustment or replacement of defective furniture or parts thereof within 5 business days following the date of SatCen’s request. In case the defective furniture needs to be transported outside the SatCen facilities, the repair or replacement must be completed within 15 business days following the notification date. Contract signature is expected by February/March 2022. II. Description of the contract The European Union Satellite Centre (SatCen) is planning to renew the Adobe licenses and subscriptions, joined to the VIP plan that we have with Adobe: • Acrobat Pro DC • Acrobat Pro DC (desktop only) with feature restricted licensing • Creative Cloud All Apps • Creative Cloud All Apps plan with feature restricted licensing • Adobe Spark The validity date of all licenses under this VIP plan will be 27 February 2023. The maximum budget for this contract is 48,000.00€, excluding VAT, covering all services until the complete delivery of the licenses and subscriptions. II.
